Return and Refund Policy

At ZORA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.
1. Return window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The return period starts from the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Unused
Undamaged
Unscratched
Complete
Returned in its original packaging
Items that are worn, used, damaged, scratched, incomplete, or not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Inspection and refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused.
